Make an all-star team
Start a francise or season go to general manager then go to trade players pick the team that the all-star player is on. (like if you wanted Barry Bonds you would go to the giants) then pick the All-star you want and trade for one of your worst players. when it tells you that they won't trade press override CPU rejection. repeat this process over and over again until you are satisfied with how many All-stars you have.
