Hint: Secret Med Kit & Ammo
On the level where there are a bunch of Land Mines and two big
spotlights. The first Spotlight is on a balcony, it looks as if there is no way to get up on to it, but in front of the balcony there are some stacked barrels, jump up on them and jump toward the balcony, you will catch the edge, make your way around to the side and climb up go inside
and there will be a medical kit and some ammo.
Note: You will have to kill two guards before climbing. Also you will have to use your Inferred goggles to shoot mines to get over to the barrels,
