Hint:Time Portal
In the level "neotokyo" u need to follow the lady and cannot be seen by her or get to close to her either, u must not be seen by cameras or police cars(i advise u use the temporal uplink!). When u get to the secret hideout u must wait for the 2 women to go down the corridor then go into the camera room and look through the camera which looks at the computer and watch the women type in the code so when your character gets to the laptop she will type in the right code. Now, turn off all the cameras, now you are free to kill all the gang hackers(not police or people above!!). Next, u must go up the stairs and go into a room where a guy is layed down on a bed have a very bad shock! u need to turn the lever down on the machine. if u r on normal or hard mode before u turn off the machine u must go to the locker room, get a camera and take evidence pictures and upload them onto the computer. after u have turned the machine off get out the room and if ure on easy mode(i'm not sure if this is for normal too, it never happened to me) kill sadako as she tries to escape, she will drop the time crystal, pick it up!! now, the time portal should have stabilized, go up ground level again(the cameras are off
now) and go to the end of the road and the portal should be there!!
P.S at the end there is a lot of gang members so watch out!
