play as Akuma
If you want to play as Akuma in Hyper Street Fighter 2, select Super T in the character menu, then highlight for about 1 to 3 seconds Ryu, T.Hawk, Guile, Cammy and Ryu again and then press back and all the punch buttons at the same time. It's hard but if done correctly, you can play as him.
Also in Hyper Street Fighter 2, if you want to fight Akuma, be Ryu and get all the way to Bison in arcade mode without losing any fights, if done correctly, during the first Round, a white light will appear and Bison will be knocked out and you will fight akuma instead.
