Jump higher in Mos eisley
go to mos eisley and play villians vs. heroes, then pick someone (grievous and Vader work best) and if you look closely at the buildings most of them are curved at the bottom, well use force speed and run full tilt into one of those walls and jump rite as you hit the wall and it should act as a ramp and send you flying skyward.
