3 to 1 on Xbox Live
When you join a game, BEFORE the host starts the countdown, press equipment, then press "y" for switch team....then wait for the host to start the game...after the countdown starts, get ready, when it gets to one, press "b". No one will see you change teams if you do it right. But if you score the host over so its 3 on 1 and the host is by himself, he will probably quit or return to the lobby. So this is better to to with friends, because it IS a ranked match, and some people don't know that. just be careful who you do it to...
