Defeat Stockton
To defeat Stockton just stay in the crouch position, his laser will go over your head and the only thing that can hurt you are the explosive blasts from his gun. Get right up next to him and blast away with the machine gun or the laser When he goes to recharge his health use the shot-gun to destroy the generators after the shields drop.
