Tip: Beat the tanks!
The tanks may seem formitable at first but when you know how do deal with them you probably won't even have to use a potion to beat either of them. The key is to cut down on their mobility and weapons as quickly as possible. First get up CLOSE to the sides of the tank. Then use the windmill shirken to take care of the mounted soldier on top of the tank. After that just stay close to the sides of the tanks, inside of the range of the cannons so they can't shoot at you and fire away with you APFC Cores. The soldier will doubtlessly come back before you're done so just kill him again quickly. When you run out of cores quickly roll away from the tank towards the box where they are to re up, then get back to the side of the tank. If you do this right you'll take minimal or no damage at all and get rid of two troublesome mini bosses.
