All Cheats
Alternate costumes- Successfully complete the game on the normal or hard difficulty settings. Then, hold L while selecting the "New Game" option at the opening menu to wear the Ninja Of The Future costume. Successfully complete the game on the very hard difficulty setting to unlock Ryu's Fiend Costume. It is the same blue skin obtained in Chapter 14 after defeating Doku for the second time.
Plasma Saber- Successfully complete the game on the normal difficulty setting. A new sword called the Plasma Saber (which resembles a lightsaber from Star Wars) will now be unlocked.
Plasma Saber Mk. II- Successfully complete the game on the very hard difficulty setting to unlock the Plasma Saber Mk. II.
Skip FMV sequences- Press Start, A, Start to advance past an FMV sequence. Note: This does not work all of the time.
All FMV sequences- Successfully complete the game on the normal or hard difficulty settings to unlock all FMV sequences.
Very hard difficulty- Successfully complete the game on the normal or hard difficulty settings to unlock the very hard difficulty setting.
Original Ninja Gaiden game Give 50 scarabs to Maramusa to unlock the original Ninja Gaiden game.
Original Ninja Gaiden 2: The Dark Sword Of Chaos game Get a "Master Ninja" rank in all levels on the normal difficulty setting to unlock the original Ninja Gaiden 2: The Dark Sword Of Chaos game.
Original Ninja Gaiden 3: The Ancient Ship Of Doom game Get a "Master Ninja" rank in all levels on the hard or very hard difficulty settings to unlock the original Ninja Gaiden 3: The Ancient Ship Of Doom game.
In-game reset- While playing a game, press Start + Back to return to the main menu.
Defeating Alma- To defeat Alma (red greater fiend), equip the Vigorian Flails. It is recommended that they be completely leveled up. With the Vigorian Flail, you can still hurt Alma greatly even when she is in the air. Note: The shuriken, incendiary shuriken, and bow cannot hurt her; they just bounce off.
Defeating Black Spider Ninjas-Jump off the wall and use the X attack to smash down on top off them. Use this repeatedly, but be careful of the incendiary shurikens that they throw.
Defeating Doku- Keep using the Flying Swallow attack (A towards the enemy, then Y). Every time you hit him, roll back, then jump. After that, try the Electric Ninpo attack. Then, repeat the process. If Doku keeps blocking the Flying Swallow attack, keep attacking him with it until it hits him. When he throws his sword, you can either jump over it, or roll and jump backwards. When he is doing his combo attack, attack him when he is at the last attack of his combo.
Defeating Zombies- Use the diving Y attack that takes off their head. It will not kill them, but they will be blind. Also, when facing the zombies under the cathedral and one of them happen to lunge at you and starts biting, press X + A as quickly as possible to kick it off and reduce the amount of damage that you receive
