Increase your Jam Bar
The easiest way to increase your Jam Bar is to perform alley-alley-oops (double alley oops) and triple-alley-oops. You can perform these oops by performing an alley oop (push Y, wait for the player to jump towards the hoop, push A) then pushing Y again and pushing A again when the next player jumps toward the hoop.
Perform ten dunks with any player and it will increase your Jam Bar significantly on the tenth dunk. Every multiple of ten dunks beyond that will increase the Jam Bar even more.
