Max grenade distance
For maximum distance, aim about 45° up, and throw a plasma grenade. As soon as you let go of it, press the black button to switch grenade types. There will be a slight delay. Wait one second After the grenade switches types, and throw the flak grenade. The plasma grenade will land first, followed by the flak grenade, which bounces once and is Boosted back into the air when the plasma grenade explodes. If all this happens on a flat piece of land, the flak grenade will continue in a straight line, exploding when it lands the second time (about 40% further away).
