Step 1 Go to bandits camp
step 2 get as many bandits as you can to follow you.
Step 3 run all the way back to oakvale (DONT TELLAPORT)
Step 4 once you get there tell the bandits to wait when you do this they kill every one in oaklvale all buildings and houses will be for sale.
Step 5 MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LOT OF MONEY
