After beating the two vampires, look at the top of the room, there is a giant metal bowl moving down the center, go to the other end of the room where the bowl goes through the wall, when the wall opens you'll see a Do Not Enter sign, shoot the sign with your crossbow.
Proceed to press the switch and go through the door to your left, just inside the door to your right will be the crystal.
