Downed Satellite - hint
When retrieving the downed satellite stand back from the final area. Place Flint and Hawk high behind you to snipe out the seemingly endless supply of red-hand goons. Go with your Bio Rifle as Tex and Brutus. The bio gun will burst the lead goon killing those close to him. By sanding back a bit from where they spawn, you should find the killing much easier. The DNA canister is just past satellite at the edge of the lava: just walk around the ringed walkway and you'll find it.
